From which countries can I order directly via the Jurassic Jacks online shop?
We currently offer the option to shop using our Jurassic Jacks online shop in the following countries & territories: UK, Europe, & North America. If you live outside of these countries/territories, please contact us for confirmation of shipping and a shipping quotation.
What is the current status of my order from the Jurassic Jacks online shop?
You can retrieve the current status of your orders by logging into your user account.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free, standard & express shipping. More details about our shipping costs, delivery times and methods of payment can be found on our Delivery page.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
If you want to change your order, you may only do so as long as you have not yet received the order confirmation e-mail. To change your order, please contact our online shop Customer Service by phone.
Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible as long as you have not yet received the e-mail with confirmation of purchase and shipping, because otherwise the order has already been handed over to the shipping company. In this case, please refuse to accept the package or return the package. Otherwise, please cancel your order as soon as possible by email or by calling our online shop Customer Service.

Birthdays - my order is a bIrthday Gift
If your order is part of a Birthday present please order as early as possible. If not do let us know and we will work as hard as we can to get your order dispatched to you as quickly as possible. You can also choose our 48 hour express delivery service.
I haven't received my Shipping / Order Conformation Email?
We always send an order confirmation email - if you think you haven't receive it please check you have given us your correct email address and check your junk folder. We are a small company and during busy periods we might not get chance to send you a "Your Order Has Shipped" confirmation email to you. Do contact us if you haven't got your order within the allotted timescale.
