Delayed Despatch Times

BREXIT & COVID-19  is affecting our dispatch times. we are working with minimum staff so please allow extra time for your order to be processed and to arrive.

We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible via a tracked shipping service.

You do not need to email us to check that your order is being processed.

Busy Periods

We are a small company and sometimes it may take us a little bit longer to dispatch your items either because we are waiting for a re-stock or because we have fewer staff working.  We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible – please bear with us!

However, at busy periods like Christmas, it will take longer- during these periods we will put a message on our website to tell you how longer dispatch times are.

If an item is on back order, dispatch may take longer while we wait for your item to get back in stock.

If you have not received your order within 12 working days (not including weekends & Bank Holidays) of ordering, please contact us.

Courier deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) a signature is sometimes required. As our deliveries are via a courier, we cannot book a specific delivery date or time. Please e-mail us at [email protected] if you would like further information.

1. When Will I Get My Order?

Free & Standard Delivery

For in stock items we aim to process your order within 1 – 3 working days however, this is not always possible and processing times especially during busy periods will take longer.

If you require a quicker dispatch & delivery please use our Next Day Express

Next Day Express Delivery

For in stock items we aim to process your order the same day if ordered before 12pm.  You order will be shipped via a next day delivery courier.

2. How are my products delivered?

Single, small items are sent by Royal Mail. We sometimes use a courier service to deliver larger orders within the UK.  Deliveries are made between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a signature is required. We are happy to deliver your order to an alternative address.  The website allows you to enter an alternative delivery address, or you can advise us of this if you order via email.

3. Can I change my order?

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

4. If my order arrives incorrect or damaged, will you refund me?

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at [email protected]

Alternatively, simply return it, securely wrapped, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging and we will offer you a full refund. Please ensure that you enclose a note stating your full name, address and telephone number, along with your reason for the return. We will only pay return postage if the product is faulty.

5. Do you sell outside the UK?

Yes we offer international Delivery, please  see Delivery Options Chart below.

Make sure that you enter the full details of your address (including the country) in the required fields. When you get to the ‘checkout’ page, the cost of shipping will be displayed. You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, Amazon Pay or PayPal.

All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. Your bank will convert your payment to your own  local currency. Please refer to your bank for current exchange rates.
